I. PROCESSING AND HANDLING

We do our best to process most orders within 1-3 business days after receiving your order. You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped. Currently, we ship to the US and Canada only from China.

  • Estimated delivery time: 10-14 business days

II. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, locations and the shipping method selected during checkout. You can view the estimated shipping costs in your shopping cart before completing your purchase.

III. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

IV. TRACK YOUR ORDERS

You can check the status of your order at any time on our Order Tracking page. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

V. DAMAGED AND LOST ORDERS

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
